New restaurant to open at Harbor Court condo in Downtown Honolulu

A new restaurant at the Harbor Court condominium in Downtown Honolulu is scheduled to open in August, a spokeswoman for Japan’s Watabe Wedding Corp. confirmed to Pacific Business News.

The wedding part of the operation, which includes a lobby area, four private reception rooms, a kitchen and a flower room, has already opened.

BrewCity CrossFit, which features Olympic-level weightlifting training, is planning to move from The Shops of Grand Avenue into the Cream City Yards property on West St. Paul Avenue.

American Savings Bank is redeveloping an existing building in the Honolulu neighborhood of Kalihi into a bank branch, an executive with the Honolulu-based company confirmed to Pacific Business News this week.

Orbital ATK’s Gilbert offices sold to L.A. investor expanding its Arizona portfolio

A Gilbert office property that is home Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) has been sold to Los Angeles-based Abington Emerson Investments.

Abington also recently bought retail properties in Mesa and Phoenix.

The Gilbert sale price was $5.5 million.

The office building is at 1405 N. Fiesta Blvd.

County records show the seller is Koll Per Fiesta LLC.

Legacy West’s tallest tower — LVL29 by Lewisville-based NE Development — will begin to rise Thursday, bringing aspirational living to the $3.2 billion mixed-use development.
