If you would like to change what email address is receiving invitations to bid, first you have to first identify if the email address you want to change is registered or unregistered on PlanHub.
To change the email address receiving invitations to bid, you will want to go to log in to your PlanHub account with the old email and password. (Note: Changing your email address will also change what email address you log in with on PlanHub.)
After you’ve logged in, go to “Settings” located on the top menu bar, or by going to https://app.planhub.com/#/pages/settings
On the settings page, you will find at the top a place for you to remove and add a different email address. After you’ve changed the email address, simply press the green “Save Changes” button just below the account section. If required, also key in a password, confirm it, and then press the “Save Changes” button
Don’t remember if your email address is registered? Chances are you aren’t registered in our system, but the email address is receiving invitations to bid because it’s on the General Contractor’s personal list of subcontractors. When this happens the email address on the GC’s list will receive every project invitation regardless of where the project is located.
