If you would like to add a phone number, or replace an existing one, you will want to go to “Settings” located on the top menu bar after logging into your PlanHub account. You can also use this link for quick access:
On your account, you can have four (4) different types of phone numbers saved. You’ll be able to save one office line, cell line, home line and fax line. During registration, you are asked to put in your office number by default. To replace a phone number type, you will first have to delete the old one from your profile.
To delete an existing number, you will locate the phone number you need to remove from your profile under the “Account” section of the settings page. To the right of the phone number, you will see a drop down box with the label “Actions” inside of it. When you click it, it will give you the option to press “Delete” to remove it from your profile.
After your old phone number type has been removed, you will then be able to add a new phone number for it in the “Add Phone Number” area of the “Account” section of the settings page. Just type in the new phone number, area code first, and add an extension in the next box if applicable. Select the type of phone number, and then press the green “+” button to save it into your profile.
