When this happens, it means that a specific email address at your company has been put on the General Contractor’s personal list. That email address that was added to a GC’s list is different than the email address that is already registered with PlanHub.com
To fix this, you’ll want to reply to the reminder email saying that your company is already set up with whatever email address you registered for your company.
Here are some examples:
- Registered company profile is linked to email@example.com
- Reminder to set up company profile was sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Reply to reminder email saying that the company has already been registered to email@example.com
