Whether there are new plans uploaded, change in project status, or you just want to remind everyone to get their bids in on time, you can always post a status update that will go out to every subcontractor in our system to get the original invitation to bid email that was sent out.
To do this, you will want to login to your PlanHub account by going to https://app.planhub.com/ and navigate to the project’s page you need to post a status update for. Just click the name of the project, and it will take you to its project overview page.
On this page, in the upper right-hand corner, you will find the orange “Post Update” button. Clicking this button will allow you to type the message that will go out to all the subcontractors as a status update.
