PlanHub sometimes runs into email addresses that are marked “Undeliverable” and those accounts will be deactivated automatically by our system. If your email account is unable to receive emailed notifications from our system, your account may be deactivated and you will get a message the next time that you log in saying that you will need to contact our customer support team.
Other times that your account with be deactivated is if you request to be removed from the system via phone call or email.
