Registration won’t allow me to select city and state

Sometimes during registration, subcontractors find themselves unable to select their company’s city and state when they get to the company address portion of registering. This is a simple fix to get you able to proceed during registration.

With that part of registration still open, press and hold the “Ctrl” key and then tap the “F5” function key at the same time. This performs a “hard refresh” on your browser. It resets the code for the website and allows you to continue registration. Entering your zip code will automatically select the state and allow you to choose your city.

If you are already out of the registration screen, you can continue your registration by going to https://app.planhub.com and login to continue the registration process.
